“Sit and quiet yourself. Luxuriate in a certain memory and the details will come. Let the images flow. You’ll be amazed at what will come out on paper. I’m still learning what it is about the past that I want to write. I don’t worry about it. It will emerge. It will insist on being told.”
- Frank McCourt
In these busy times, we rarely have time for everything we want to do in our lives, so we have to make choices. And hopefully, our choices come from a deep sense of who we are. The more I blog, the more I seem to be able to appreciate you, the readers of this blog who happen to be with me at this moment.
Thank you my friends, for being there to believe, admire and strengthen these posts. It is the mutual respect we share, the desire to read, and wishes for more words on my writing desk that make these posts happen.
Isn’t it strange and beautiful to see how each one of us has something valuable to bring to this virtual world?

So true. It's something that happens and one has to be sorta ready. I usually have a pen and a notebook under my pillow!
Here's my favorite quote for step-1 of the quiz.
"I have become my own version of an optimist. If I can't make it through one door, I'll go through another door - or I'll make a door. Something terrific will come no matter how dark the present." - Rabindranath Tagore.
I'll send out the email as well.
Anna.

Nice quotes. Thanks for sharing Iclaudio.

Hi Suma, I know I'm late in coming to the party, but the exercise you have for us seems like such fun! Here are the correctly spelled words (have never been able to go away from misspelled words :)):
- indigenize
- Supercede
- Dialogue
- moccasin
- concomitant
- incorrigible
As for my favorite quote, it keeps changing. Here's one I came upon today: "I would have written you a shorter letter, but I didn't have time." -- in the context of how it is harder to say what you mean in fewer words.
