Suma, I walk most days to school with my daughter and we have detention ponds around just like the one in your photo ... Coming home, it's quiet and I can think and pray or just be.
Even though my feet are sore (I've had a couple of bad falls this winter), a dog really is a great companion. Without her, it'd be so easy to be sedentary.
